The principal business of C&D Newin Paper & Pulp Corporation Limited (" C&D Newin ", Stock code of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong: HK. 00731) is paper manufacturing business and has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Universal Pulp &Paper (Shandong) Co . Ltd . (hereinafter referred to as "UPP"). UPP mainly produces High Quality Coated Duplex Board , Kraftliner and Testliner with an annual production scale of more than 400,000 tons. At the same time, it owns a power plant and a sewage treatment plant.

C&D Newin is a holding subsidiary of Xiamen C&D Pulp and Paper Group Co., LTD. (" C&D Pulp and Paper ").

C&D Newin will rely on the rich resources and industry advantages from controlling shareholders to comprehensively improve the management level and operation quality of enterprises, fully utilize the advantages of Hong Kong capital platform, so that C&D Newin will step into a new stage of leapfrog development.

And a Certified ESC Planner of the international Chamber of Sustainable Development.
Mr. Zhao Lin

Mr. Zhao obtained a bachelor degree of engineering from the Shanxi University of Science & Technology (formerly known as North West Light Industry College) in 1985, where he majored in pulp and paper manufacturing. Mr. Zhao obtained the professorate senior engineer qualification in 2013. He became a member of China Technical Association of Paper Industry and China Paper Association in 1987 and 1988 respectively. Currently, he is an expert committee member and council member in China Paper Association.
Mr. Wong Yiu Kit Ernest

Mr. Wong obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Hong Kong in 1991, a master’s degree of science in investment management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1998, a master’s degree of science in electronic engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2008, and a master’s degree in management from Saı¨d Business School of Oxford in 2020.

Mr. Lam graduated from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute (currently known as Ryerson University) in Toronto, Canada in June 1988 where he received his bachelor of business management degree. He was a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Guangzhou Committee.
